The advertised package is $2,999* with standard installation: a whole-home salt-based water softener and under-sink reverse osmosis. These terms describe the website offer; your written installation agreement will set out the equipment and work for your home.

*Standard installation

The offer assumes suitable utility water, accessible and compatible existing plumbing, adequate equipment space, a suitable sink, and drain and power access where required. Our sales team confirms requirements in advance using installation questions established with our plumbers. No separate pre-installation visit is required. Once the details and scope are confirmed, installation can be scheduled. Private wells need a separate discussion of water conditions and may need testing or additional treatment.

Nonstandard plumbing, electrical work, access changes or other additional work are not automatically included. Any additional work is quoted before agreement. Review the complete written total, applicable taxes, permit requirements and exclusions before you proceed; this page is not an itemized final quote.

Optional upgrades

Pre-filtration and UV light are optional upgrades, not included in the base package. They are discussed based on your home’s needs and priced separately. Review the upgrade options and written quote before agreeing.

Equipment and maintenance

Exact models, capacity, documented performance and manufacturer or workmanship warranty terms must be provided for review before purchase. This website does not promise a particular equipment model, certification, warranty length or contaminant-removal result.

The softener needs salt and regeneration. RO components need periodic maintenance and replacement, and RO produces reject water. Consumable costs and maintenance schedules depend on the selected system and household use.

Requests are not bookings

Sending an inquiry does not confirm service availability, reserve an installation date or create a purchase contract. No deposit or payment is collected on this website. Installation availability in Windermere is subject to confirmation for your address.

Who handles the work
